Job Title: Operations HR Partner

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team as an Operations HR Partner.

This is a key role that will provide strategic support and guidance to our operations leaders across the nation, working closely with the HR Business Partner to drive business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the business in policy development, remuneration, leave, termination, and performance management, conducting investigations into disciplinary matters, and providing reporting and analytics support to senior leadership.

You will also be responsible for preparing offer letters and other employment documents, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting line leader growth and development in HR disciplines.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years' experience in an HR role, coupled with knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, and standards. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is advantageous, as well as exposure to managing employee relations issues and interpreting awards or enterprise agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support and guidance to operations leaders

Requirements:
