Compassionate Caregivers Wanted

About the Role

We're seeking reliable and empathetic caregivers to provide essential support to older individuals in their homes, enabling them to live independently and enhance their quality of life.

  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Help with household tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Provide transportation to appointments and assist with shopping
  • Support with medication management

About You:

  • You should possess excellent communication skills and be patient and solution-focused.
  • Fluency in English is required, and you should be able to speak any of the following languages: Arabic, Turkish, or Samoan. Experience in culturally specific caregiving is a plus.
  • You may have previous experience in aged or community care or be looking to start your career in this field.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle (min. Third Party Property Insurance).
  • Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If not, we can help you gain the necessary qualifications.
  • You'll need to be flexible when meeting changing client needs.
