Nursing Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring professional to provide nursing duties for elderly clients, improving their wellbeing and healthcare at home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to patients with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Reporting any changes in a client's behaviour or health/wellbeing.
  • Administering treatments and medications safely and effectively.
  • Utilizing assessment skills to identify physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of patients, and developing a care plan to meet these needs.

Requirements include:

  • Diploma in Nursing (Essential).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid Police Check (Essential).
  • A valid NDIS Worker's Check (Essential).
  • Driver's Licence.
