The Role

Are you a seasoned paid media specialist looking for new challenges? We're seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our high-performing team. This role offers the perfect blend of strategy, execution, and leadership opportunities.

In this key position, you'll be responsible for developing and managing high-performance campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Your expertise in GA4 and platform-level reporting will drive data-driven decision-making, and your CRO mindset will help identify and optimize bottlenecks in client funnels.

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you'll collaborate with clients to report on performance and outline next steps. You'll also contribute to internal knowledge sharing and campaign innovation, helping to drive growth and results for our clients.

You Bring:
  • 2+ years experience in an agency paid media role - preferably paid Google Ads speciality.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in GA4 and platform-level reporting.
  • A CRO mindset - you spot bottlenecks in funnels and know how to fix them.
  • Clear, confident communication - both client-facing and internally.
  • Performance-driven mentality - you care about outcomes, not busywork.
