Senior Category Manager - Chilled and Sweet Food

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of our fresh food offer. As Senior Category Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, increasing customer loyalty, and delivering profitability through the development and execution of category strategy.


About This Role
  • Lead category strategy aligned with customer needs and commercial goals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement transformative initiatives that deliver growth and increase customer loyalty, leveraging data-driven insights and shopper feedback.
  • Use analytics and shopper insight to shape the future of our offering across the Chilled and Bakery categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your Background
  • Proven experience in category management or buying within the fresh food sector (retail or supplier-side), with a track record of driving transformation and innovation.
  • Achieved strong commercial results through strategic planning and effective implementation, with a focus on customer-centricity.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with a creative edge, utilizing data to inform decisions and drive business growth.
