Job Description :

As the Senior Leader, Product Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing product strategies that align with our business objectives. This entails collaborating with senior leadership to develop winning product strategies that cater to our diverse customer base. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our product offerings are aligned with market needs and guidelines from Emerging Markets Business Units & Global, driving growth and brand relevance across various categories.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner closely with senior directors to create and implement product strategies for specific business units. Validate product ranges against country architecture and market demands. Leverage your deep understanding of the Pacific market landscape to drive informed decision-making.

Lead and inspire direct reports across multiple product lines, ensuring seamless collaboration and shared goals. Foster strong relationships with Emerging Markets BU, advocating for local market needs and promoting cross-functional alignment.

Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, including sell-through, forecasting, pricing corridors, and segmentation compliance. Manage end-to-end calendar deliverables, pricing harmonization, and volume/mix forecasts to achieve margin, net sales, and forecast accuracy targets.

Provide timely feedback on product samples, oversee ordering processes, and maintain system accuracy for local articles and SMUs. Maximize in-season creation and hype opportunities while ensuring mandatory range compliance.

Define and manage customer segmentation, competition insights, and product-level market intelligence. Deliver impactful product presentations at key GTM milestones. Collaborate with Brand Activation on seasonal product brand calendars.

Lead key internal meetings and support strategic planning processes (IBP/SBP). Drive category Net Sales growth, net and gross margin performance, sell-out rates, and market share gains.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience in marketing, merchandising, product management/planning, assortment planning, or retail, with a strong track record of results. Cross-disciplinary exposure advantageous.

Influential leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders. Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint proficiency. Highly organized, process-oriented, and fact-driven decision-maker.

Comfortable working under pressure in collaborative team settings. University degree in Business or Marketing; 7+ years relevant experience.
