Warehouse Support Role

FedEx is a global logistics company seeking a skilled Warehouse Support professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing a range of tasks within the warehouse environment, including data entry and administration, assisting drivers with discrepancies, and undertaking manual handling duties.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Process shipments and manage inventory levels in an accurate and efficient manner.
  3. Provide support to drivers by resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise during deliveries.
  4. Undertake manual handling duties, such as loading/unloading vehicles and sorting consignments.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft 365.
  • Administrative or data entry experience.
  • Previous warehouse experience desirable.
  • Background in logistics desirable with knowledge of local areas.
  • Physically fit for manual handling and able to pass a pre-employment fitness assessment.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Safety focused.
  • Forklift experience desirable.
