- Build credibility and trust with key customer stakeholders through strategic engagement.
- Manage opportunities in Salesforce, including forecasting, pipeline growth, opportunity progression and account reviews.
- Understand customer needs, identifying solutions that meet their goals and challenges.
- A proven track record in sales account management and new business prospecting is essential.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipeline, forecasting and opportunities is required.
- Experience in application software and services sales is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
