HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our HR team as a strategic business partner. The successful candidate will work closely with client groups to plan and deliver HR solutions that align people with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support HR Business Partners in delivering HR solutions.
  • Provide general HR policy advice, including annual leave and parental leave.
  • Support cyclical events such as remuneration, promotion, and talent reviews.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a HR role, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Well-developed written communication and strong organisational skills.
  • A collaborative approach and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A can-do attitude and prioritisation of competing tasks.
  • A strong client service focus and commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
