Job Title:
Corporate Processing Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Processing Trainer. This individual will be responsible for developing and conducting training classes on mortgage loan processing, system use, and Encompass introduction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training programs and job aids to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct web-based training sessions and travel to branches as needed.
  • Provide feedback on training effectiveness and employee performance.
  • Coordinate training meetings and events.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and adapt training materials accordingly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of mortgage processing experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a training role preferred.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop high-quality training materials and deliver engaging presentations.
