Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Loan Originator Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing loan files from application through closing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process loan applications and ensure all necessary documents are in order
  • Analyze applicant credit information and review income & asset documents
  • Communicate with clients regarding loan status and requirements

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, mortgage loan processing or origination
  • Prior Mortgage Loan Processing experience is preferred
  • State NMLS License required
