About this role

We are seeking a Career Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting apprentices and trainees to achieve their career goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins with apprentices and trainees to monitor progress and provide support as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with apprentices, trainees, and employers to ensure a smooth start to their careers.
  • Identify potential issues early and refer to mentors or other support services as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Accurately document interactions, progress, and outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Support employers and stakeholders with information about career development pathways.
