Aged Care Nurse

Aged care provider seeks a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, using your nursing expertise and people skills to deliver exceptional care that is good enough for mum and dad.
Responsibilities- Provide holistic care to residents, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans
- Administer treatment and ongoing support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Develop lasting relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and they feel supported
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, share knowledge and work towards shared goals
- Current Registered Nurse registration
- Minimum of 6 months experience in aged care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Capacity to think critically and problem-solve
- Certain hours through fixed rosters
- Great resident-to-staff ratio, allowing for more personalized care
- Extensive career progression opportunities to leadership or specialist positions
