Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an aged care setting.
About the Role- Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular health assessments, monitoring residents' conditions and adapting care accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient experience.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in aged care or similar settings, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and residents.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, allowing for informed decision-making and high-quality care.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering outstanding care, with a focus on resident well-being and satisfaction.
