As a Nursing Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents in our facilities.
Main Responsibilities- Providing essential nursing care and support to residents, including personal care, medication administration, health monitoring, and wound care.
- Working under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure positive resident outcomes.
- Assessing and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising RN or healthcare team.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
