About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team.

This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving financial performance and supporting key business decisions through insightful financial analysis and robust business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing timely and accurate financial reports for Health Services Programs within Health Services, including KPIs and financial reports, to inform operational decisions.
  • Developing annual budgets, monthly reviews and analysis with regular forecasting, and partnering with the Operations team for Health Services to assist in building their budgets.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements and risk mitigation, and leading cross-functional projects and initiatives with a strong financial perspective.
  • Contributing to sustainable outcomes through monitoring of performance, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning and decision making.
Requirements

  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a current Police Record Check.
