About the Role

We are seeking an experienced International Freight Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Insync Recruitment Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a strong team and be part of a highly successful global International Freight Forwarder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service a portfolio of accounts
  • Oversee the Customer Service Team (direct reports)
  • Provide daily status reports and troubleshoot potential issues
  • Oversee P&L / opportunities to grow business
  • Build strong relationships with all service providers
Requirements
  • 7+ years local International Freight operational experience
  • Stable career history
  • Clear communication skills both verbal and written
  • Want for a long-term career within International Freight
  • Can do attitude to succeed
