Expert Consultant Role

We are seeking a strategic and motivated professional to fill the position of Expert Consultant. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to top law firms and corporate legal departments, leveraging cutting-edge technology to navigate complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative services to clients on best practices for eDiscovery, digital forensics, and data management in high-stakes litigation, regulatory inquiries, and internal investigations.
  • Bridge the gap between law and technology by translating complex legal challenges into practical, technology-driven workflows using GenAI, TAR, and data visualization platforms.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships by collaborating with our Business Development team and serving as a key point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to provide strategic value.
  • Innovate and educate by staying ahead of emerging legal technology trends and educating clients and colleagues on new solutions that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and save costs.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current Australian practicing certificate or admission as a lawyer in an Australian jurisdiction.
  • Have practical experience in litigation, disputes, or a related field within a law firm or in-house legal team, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
  • Be a skilled problem solver with a genuine passion for technology and a strong desire to transition from traditional legal practice to a consultative role.
  • possess excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal and technical concepts to diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
