At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Senior Client Liaison Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview
  • We are looking for an experienced professional to support Business Development Managers in servicing their origination activities in New South Wales.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to an engagement strategy centered on exceptional service and benefit to brokers, fostering strong relationships that drive business growth.
  • Key responsibilities include utilizing strong credit acumen to ensure delivery of high-quality applications and supporting deals through to Credit approval.
  • Additionally, the role involves evaluating complex scenarios and proposals, shaping strong solutions that meet client needs.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Credit team to align and streamline applications, ensuring seamless communication and efficient process management.
  • Shared responsibility for pipeline management and running broker relationships is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Building broker relationships through office work, broker visits, and industry events will be essential to success in this position.
  • Assisting in shaping optimal service outcomes and identifying system, process, and product improvements will also be a critical component of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Sound credit knowledge (minimum 2 years) and product experience are essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are crucial for success in this position.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail is also necessary.
  • Resilience and prioritization skills are vital for managing competing demands and meeting deadlines.
