About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders, managing incoming phone calls, and maintaining a productive office environment.
  • You will also be required to ensure the health, welfare, and safety of staff and customers are prioritized at all times.
  • Additionally, you will assist with administrative tasks, including database management, letter merging, and report generation.
  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, establishing positive relationships and providing prompt responses to tenant requests.

About You:

  • We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise work, and excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills are desirable, but not essential. You must be professional, efficient, responsive, and well-presented.
