Job Opportunity

We are seeking a lawyer to advise on government and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on shareholders agreements and corporate structuring;
  • Assisting with sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
  • Participating in capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital;
  • Supporting mid-market M&A transactions;
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law;
  • Some exposure to government advisory or in-house public sector roles (preferred but not essential);
  • A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks;
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions.
