Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Lawyer to work on complex corporate matters. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team, working across various areas including corporate contracting, IP and data privacy, commercial litigation, funds, financial services, and mergers and acquisitions.

  • This role offers the opportunity to engage with high-profile clients and significant transactions featured in reputable business publications.
  • You will develop direct client contact and build deep client relationships and networks, providing exceptional service to clients.
  • The team works on a variety of corporate matters from inception to completion, providing exposure to complex and market-leading legal matters.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Recent law graduate or approximately 1 year of legal experience.
  • A strong understanding of technical skills and passion for delivering high-quality work to sophisticated clients.
  • Commercial acumen, with an ability to understand client drivers and business environments.
  • Excellent social skills and attitude to deliver exceptional client service, with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Australian Citizenship or Residency is required.
