Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules;">

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues;">
  • Co-ordinate site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities;">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field;">
  • At least 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in the civil construction industry;">
  • Hands-on experience delivering similar projects, including VicRoads or MRPV projects;">
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and motivate your team;">
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills;">
