We are excited to share with you the amazing opportunity to join our Chadstone Flagship store. If you have a passion for outfitting, customer service and people, come on this journey with us.

We are currently seeking the following roles within our Chadstone Flagship business:

- Sales/Styling Consultant: Full Time Womenswear
- Sales/Styling Consultant: Part Time Menswear
- Sales Consultant: Casual (All Departments)

Our Chadstone Flagship design empowers all team to go above and beyond and exceed customer expectations, play host to our loyal customers in our specialty designed VIP styling suite, servicing them one on one for the ultimate shopping experience.

Who you are?
- Previous fashion retail experience
- Styling experience preferred but not essential
- Passion for one on one styling and customer service, interest in mens and women's fashion
- Able to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment, prioritise tasks

What we need from you?
- Prioritise the customer, consistently providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring every customer feels welcome and at home
- Build ongoing rapport with customers in every connection
- Generate quality sales through strong sales techniques and a strong understanding of brand and product knowledge
- Proactively engage with product knowledge tools to ensure you have expert knowledge
