About the role:

Are you an experienced General Plant Operator looking for your next challenge? We have an opportunity to join our road stabilisation team working across Regional Northern Victoria. Experience driving a Spreader Truck is highly valued for this role, though not mandatory—if you have the right attitude and sound civil experience, we still want to hear from you. You'll be part of an experienced, supportive crew that gets the job done and looks out for each other.

Based out of Moama/Echuca or Ballarat, this regional role involves operating a variety of civil plant and equipment on key road stabilisation projects across northern Victoria. You'll work away during the week but, for the majority, you'll be home on weekends. We're looking for someone ready to embed themselves in a high-performing, value-driven team and grow within the organisation.

How You'll Make a Difference:

  • Demonstrate your expertise in plant operation to contribute effectively to our projects.
  • Bring your reliability, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to learn and develop within a supportive team.
  • Leverage any prior spreader truck experience to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

What You'll bring to the Team:

  • Suitable experience operating plant machinery, ideally across a variety of road construction and civil projects.
  • A current HR Truck Licence and a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
  • Willingness and ability to travel away from home during the week to support regional operations.
  • Bonus points if you have prior spreader truck experience – we're keen to leverage your expertise
