As part of our multidisciplinary marketing team, your key duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with developing annual and multi-year brand plans, innovation pipelines, and retail marketing calendars to drive equity and growth.
  • Support Brand Managers with developing and executing campaigns/sprints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and deliver consistency of brand in market.
  • Work closely with packaging design teams to establish and govern brand packaging guidelines.
  • Manage approvals for all Marketing POs and PRs, ensuring compliance with the finance and procurement process.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of working on ATL campaigns and TTL activations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or Assistant.
  • Experience with media channels (e.g., TV, Radio, OOH, Meta, Google), digital marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS), analytics tools (e.g., Qlik, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
  • Able to collaborate and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
