We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a Residential Aged Care home, driving quality care and operational excellence.

About the Role

This role includes strategic leadership and management of the home, encompassing clinical oversight, service delivery, financial stewardship, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day direction and operational oversight.
  • Ensure clinical care meets best practice standards.
  • Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
About You
  • Nursing qualification and current registration.
  • Proven experience managing a Residential Aged Care facility.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strong financial and resource management skills.
