About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive best practice in clinical care services.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, accreditation standards and industry frameworks.
- Overseeing the management of staff, including recruiting, onboarding and supporting staff to achieve success in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
- Managing incidents and providing feedback to staff and customers.
- Fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT ROLE OR SIMILAR ROLE.
- NURSING QUALIFICATIONS AND CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA.
- DEMONSTRATED HIGH LEVELS OF CLINICAL COMPETENCE.
- EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS.
