Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive process transformation and improve our global finance landscape. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will develop and implement process strategies aligned with corporate and financial priorities.

This role is critical in shaping our financial performance and delivering on our strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement at the executive level, influencing change, and overseeing the monitoring and analysis of process compliance and performance.

Additionally, you will set and maintain process-level master data standards, monitor process audit outcomes, and inform and drive improvement initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant global end-to-end process expertise in senior leadership roles within large-scale multinational organizations.
  • Proven track record in managing complex program portfolios and delivering measurable success.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as ADP and Oracle, and knowledge of Blackline reconciliation tools.
