An NDIS Support Worker
About the Role:As an NDIS Support Worker, you will proactively engage with and coach participants to build the skills and confidence needed to participate in their communities.
You will support participants to achieve their goals through individualised person-centred planning, assisting them to build connections within the community and help them identify interests by exploring work options, participating in work trials, placements, volunteering and training to travel safely and independently.
This role requires a sound understanding of disability and its effects on daily life, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with people. Additionally, we require the ability to problem solve and work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate qualities of empathy, compassion, and integrity, and hold a current driver's license and own transport.

We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience working with people with a disability, a sound understanding of disability and its effects on daily life, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and rapport with people. Additionally, we require the ability to problem solve and work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate qualities of empathy, compassion, and integrity, and hold a current driver's license and own transport.
