About the Role:

The Claims Specialist will be responsible for managing an end-to-end portfolio of injured workers.

Liaison and advisory responsibilities include communicating effectively with key internal stakeholders, making liability decisions, coordinating medical treatment where necessary, conducting strategic file reviews, providing input into monthly meetings to drive outcomes, and building lasting relationships with company line managers.

This is a full-time role requiring Monday to Friday work hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm at our Hawthorn location (3122).

Remuneration includes a salary range of $80k - $95k + Superannuation.
