We are seeking a skilled Insurance Portfolio Manager to join our team at Marsh. Based in Melbourne, this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days of office work per week.

This position involves managing SME Financial Lines scheme accounts and providing top-notch customer service to both new and existing clients. You will gain diverse insurance account management skills while working with our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed service standards as agreed upon in client service agreements.
  • Take a proactive approach to all aspects of service delivery to ensure client needs are identified and met according to agreed-upon service standards.
  • Support the team by proactively identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Foster adherence to Marsh quality practices, including following all relevant procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with insurer partners to negotiate favorable solutions for clients.

About You:

  • You should have prior experience within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • You must be a team player who maintains strong working relationships with colleagues, external clients, and broader industry segments.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively work with various audiences and adapt your approach as necessary.
