Overview

Warehouse Coordinator at NPAworldwide — Brisbane Northside, Australia.

What you'll be doing
  • Receipting and processing incoming goods and ensuring stock is assigned to the correct workflow
  • Light assembly of mobility equipment for receiving and demo preparation
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control and ongoing cycle checks
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless job staging and scheduling
  • Occasional outbound logistics and van runs between nearby sites
  • Operating a forklift (or willingness to obtain a license)
  • General warehouse upkeep and cleanliness
What we're looking for
  • Technically capable and confident identifying parts
  • Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse coordination role
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Forklift licence preferred (or willing to obtain)
  • Current driver's licence required
  • Police check and blue card (or willingness to obtain)
