Executive Culinary Experience Manager

Culinary excellence is at the heart of our events business, and we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for our clients.
As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with celebrity chefs, event managers, and function supervisors to bring our clients' vision to life. With a focus on creativity, quality, and attention to detail, you'll oversee the accurate and consistent preparation and presentation of all dishes at functions and events.
About the Role- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes at functions and events.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver high-quality menus that meet client expectations.
- Collaborate with Event Managers and Function Supervisors to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Check off all food and equipment on arrival to site, and before leaving site.
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years' experience in a 5-star hotel, large-scale restaurant, or catering company.
- Passionate about producing quality dishes and driven to achieve the highest standards in an efficient manner.
- Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of chefs.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standard recipes.
- Commercial cooking expertise.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
