Exploration Geologist Opportunity">

Our major underground polymetallic and processing facility is located in the Cobar Basin, western NSW. As an experienced Exploration Geologist, you will play a key role in managing surface and underground base and precious metal driven exploration activities, compliance, and exploration assessment of new projects within our extensive tenement package.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to coordinate and contribute towards:

  • Exceptional focus on safety, health, heritage, and environmental factors and best practice
  • Exposure to exploration methodologies and technologies for gold and/or base metal deposit types
  • Working knowledge of 2D and 3D spatial software to assess and communicate generative activities
  • Reporting concisely on exploration production activities, generating interpretations, and communicating progress

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to produce a National Police Clearance (Valid within the last 3 months) for site access purposes
  • Current unencumbered Australian C Class Manual Drivers Licence
  • Tertiary qualification in Geoscience as a minimum
  • Experience in a similar role working with gold or base metals, including a detailed understanding of ore forming processes, deposit types, and associated mineralogy and structural regimes
