Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven professional to join our team as an Occupational Therapist.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced and knowledgeable group of professionals, providing services across Wollongong and Metro Sydney.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments and providing support to clients in order to help them recover and return to their pre-injury activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting a range of assessment services including Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments
  • Providing support to clients to help them recover and return to their pre-injury activities
  • Liaising with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Experience conducting ADL assessments essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
