We are expanding our multidisciplinary team to support NDIS participants living in the Wollongong & Nowra region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality supports that make a meaningful impact in the community.
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients and delivering timely therapeutic services. This will involve assessing participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
Using your expertise, you will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant. You will then provide evidence-based interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals.
In addition to providing direct care, you will also mentor and nurture early career clinicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge. Your experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists is highly valued.
We are looking for someone with excellent time management and organisational skills, who can manage a varied caseload effectively. A proactive attitude and interest in continually developing your skills are essential.
About the Role- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity

- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
