Our organization seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in the Tuggerah/Central Coast area. You will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in your local community, collaborating with individuals to enhance their independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services to NDIS participants effectively
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through comprehensive clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to elevate participants' quality of life and achieve their goals
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians to reach their full potential
  • Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist with a strong commitment to excellence
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
  • A proactive attitude and passion for continually developing your skills to stay ahead
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists to drive results
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working in the disability sector with a focus on making a difference
