We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to support individuals in recovering from injury and returning to pre-injury activities. This role involves conducting assessments, managing cases across various jurisdictions, and liaising with stakeholders to drive positive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial, functional, and activities of daily living assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement tailored plans to help clients achieve their goals and regain independence.
- Liaise with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
- Experience conducting ADL assessments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
