We are seeking a Site Foreman to lead our construction projects from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of a small team and drive the project forward with precision and skill.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural works, including bored piers, pad footings, crane operations, and concrete pours. They will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
The successful applicant will be a hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to motivate and guide their team members to achieve exceptional results, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the civil/construction industry.
- Valid manual motor vehicle licence to travel between job sites and oversee installations effectively.
- Certificate in Construction or Civil Construction preferred.
- Excavation/plant operator, EWP, High risk (above 11m), First Aid, and White card certification.
- Working with Children's Check (School based projects).
The selected candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in bored piers, concrete works, crane operations, and civil works. They will also have proven ability to drive team performance, enforce deadlines, and execute initiatives effectively.
