  • Take ownership of customer service email inbox and inbound AU phone queue, ensuring timely resolutions and effective issue resolution.
Your Essential Skills and Expertise
  • Proficiency in SAP software.
  • Strong excel skills with data manipulation and analysis capabilities.
  • Experience or knowledge within Supply Chain functions is highly beneficial.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Rapid learning ability with adaptability to new systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities are crucial for success.
