About the Role:

Mainfreight is a rapidly growing logistics company seeking a driven and energetic Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Mainfreight Wharf Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing commercials, and understanding the intricacies of each customer's profile.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day contact with customers and other Mainfreight teams
  • Assisting in commercial preparation
  • Supporting account set-up and updates; implementation, and rate review
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts (Telesales)

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Enjoy interacting with customers
