We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will play a key role in the management of our property portfolio, providing strategic advice and implementing best practice approaches to property management.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, with experience in lease administration, property sales and acquisitions, and maintenance management.
You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate advice to our Executive Team on property-related matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and property valuations.
In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the development of business cases for property investments.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Postgraduate qualification in Property Management or a related field;
- At least 2 years' experience in asset management or property management, preferably in a local government context;
- Demonstrated expertise in lease administration, property sales and acquisitions, and maintenance management;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners;
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide timely and accurate advice;

- A salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per annum;
