Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to optimize performance and minimize downtime
Develop and manage preventive maintenance plans aligned with contract requirements, timelines, and budgets
Track and manage Work In Progress (WIP) to avoid delays in project commencement or completion
Provide detailed WIP reporting and highlight potential delivery risks to senior management
Analyze service data to identify performance gaps and implement resolution strategies
Validate and refine job plans for accuracy in scheduling and execution
Lead project management tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality benchmarks
Attend client meetings to represent the service delivery team and address concerns
Lead efforts to uphold exceptional customer service standards
Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to meet service level targets
Investigate and respond to feedback to refine service procedures and outcomes
Foster proactive stakeholder engagement and perform root cause analysis when service issues arise
Qualifications & Experience
Required Qualifications
Trade certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or project management (desirable)
Current driver's license
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in a similar operational or maintenance leadership role within the industrial services sector
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems
Strong analytical and reporting abilities, especially with performance metrics
Exceptional communication and team coordination skills
