About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team, providing support for tender submissions and ensuring timely delivery according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance for tender documents, including gathering and sorting information from various departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating technical information between business units.
  • Manage CV libraries and headshots, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Oversee insurance and certification management, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Support tender kick-off meetings, including venue coordination and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in document control and preparing tender submissions.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology and industry processes.
  • Skilled in MS Office, SharePoint, and document management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
