As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations, safety, and a welcoming environment for client-facing teams to excel. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating facilities, managing vendors, maintaining high standards for supplies, safety, building access, and compliance.
You will also take an active role in health, safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for everyone. Additionally, you will manage travel bookings, support staff on the move, and assist new travel bookers in getting up to speed. Other responsibilities will include providing reception cover, handling various admin tasks, and supporting internal events and presentations.
Requirements- Experience: In client services, facilities, or admin support, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Skills: A knack for juggling priorities, solving problems, and maintaining smooth operations. Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Mindset: Proactive, service-focused with attention to detail.
- Training: Willingness to support safety and compliance (First Aid and Emergency Warden training available).
