As a Sales Experience Coordinator, you will embody our desire to engage, listen, and guide customers to products that are relevant to them. You will welcome customers into our spaces and through intentional interactions deepen the way our products are experienced.

Job Description

Our Sales Experience Coordinators play a vital role in delivering exceptional, inclusive customer experiences that contribute to our overall commercial success. They embody our values of empathy, curiosity, and inclusivity, and possess a passion for understanding others and listening without judgment.

The successful candidate will have experience operating within a customer service role or environment and be able to drive commercial outcomes through effective selling skills. They will also have a history of successfully participating in and contributing to a team, and be able to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service role or environment
  • Effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a team
  • Demonstrated ability to utilise empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for all
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of hair care, body care, fragrance, and home categories (advantageous)

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a part-time position with an estimated 21.25 hours per week.
