  • Hands-on experience in building and designing workflow applications such as Pega and Appian.
  • Confidence effectively engaging with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Implementing best practices in engineering, architecture, design, and coding.
  • Developing and deploying high-quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage.
  • Analyzing business objectives and identifying functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Designing and implementing technical solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Estimating development effort for new features.
  • Contribution to strategic engineering goals within own team/platform.
