About the Role
As a Senior Principal Software Engineer Workflow, you will be responsible for ongoing change and development for the workflow solutions and provide technology oversight to different business units.

Main Responsibilities
* Created innovative technical solutions to strategic business problems
* Collaborated with high-performing engineers to define current and future states and roadmaps
* Translated project vision into actionable plans and iterative delivery
* Challenged the status quo and influenced stakeholders at various levels
* Influenced the future of the Group's technology direction every day
* Led and mentored engineers while fostering a DevOps mindset and engineering excellence

Tech Skills
* Workflow platforms (e.g. Pega, Appian, Temporal)
* Cloud & Infrastructure as Code
* Microservices and cloud-native integration patterns
* DevSecOps practices and secure development pipelines
* Data architecture and telemetry tooling (e.g. Observe, Obstack, PagerDuty)
* Programming languages such as C#, Python, Java is beneficial
* Experience with large-scale distributed systems and continuous delivery at enterprise scale
