Your New RoleIn this role, you'll support injured individuals through their recovery journey, fostering trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved.
- Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference.
- Navigate complex and rewarding challenges to grow your expertise.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery.
- Manage end-to-end claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.
You'll be an empathetic and customer-focused professional with:
- Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded).
- A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
- Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you can support people during vulnerable moments.
- Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
- Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
